1. Talk to our family or spend time with them if they dont live too far away!

2. Work out! It gives you motivation, energy and boosts your mood!

3. Be social, meet friends and spend time with people that spread positive energy!

4. Learn something new! Watch a documentary or read an article or an intersting book.

5. A little you-time out. A time out to take care of yourself. Maybe you need to focus on your mindset, your skin routine or maybe you need some extra sleep.

6. Set new goals, because we all should follow our dreams, and goals will help you get there.

7. Make exciting plans, so we have something to look forward to. Thats important!
